Join us for an evening filled with Cheer, Food, Story and Thanksgiving. Dinner is a combination of Native American and Hawaiian Foods. Fresh, Local and Wild, mostly local. We will feature game birds stuffed with boar sausage, kalo, and Uala, glazed with orange and rosemary. Served with garlic mashed sweet potatoes and kalo, with Pai ‘ai gravy. Squash bowls stuffed with venison. Pineapple-cranberry sauce, wild native rice from the Ojibway nation, beans, corn, Duck, and Ulu ice cream with Uala mac nut pie.
