Chocolate Roasted Venison

Using french style venison racks, create a beautiful dinner entrée. In a bowl mix a dry rub of chopped onion, garlic powder, olena (or turmeric), cumin, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, Hawaiian salt, pepper and organic chocolate powder. Mix well. Drizzle olive oil and lime juice on the venison rack. Place dry rub covering all of the meat on the rack. Cook over Kiawe wood fire for 6 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the rack or the heat of the fire. Remove from fire and let stand for 5 minutes before eating. Serve as a side as a delicious treat to be served and to me which serves as both the main course and the dessert!
